Rose & Shore formulated our first retail pizza in 1998 and this business segment has grown consistently for almost two decades. Our retail and foodservice pizzas are all privately labeled and Rose & Shore has earned a reputation for delivering a consistent, quality pizza at a fair price. In late 2013, we introduced our first Bella Rose branded pizza designed for the school foodservice market. Our concept was simple – formulate a National School Lunch Program compliant pizza with a taste and texture that mimics our retail products. Our two initial 16" pizzas validated the concept and Rose & Shore now offers 11 Bella Rose skus for the school food service market.

Bella Rose pizzas use a custom formulated crust, the same proprietary sauces used in our retail products and a distinct five cheese blend of low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese, unsmoked provolone, Monterrey jack and imported parmesan and romano cheeses. Our individually wrapped items utilize a printed film that does not adhere to the pizza when heated and which releases sufficient steam during the heating process to keep the heated pizza from turning mushy while being held prior to service.
