Quesadillas/Wraps

Rose & Shore individually wrapped quesadillas, soft tacos and wraps are made using the finest fresh pressed tortillas available on the market. As a result of this production process, pressed tortillas do not crack and break after freezing and then thawing. Students will see and taste the difference.

Rose & Shore hand rolled deli sticks and deli wraps use thinly sliced deli meat and shredded cheddar cheese. Rose & Shore quesadillas use a proprietary blend of cheeses, a custom cheese sauce and a hint of mild green chilies. Our soft taco uses USDA commodity turkey roast, pinto beans, green chilies and cheese for an authentic south-of-the-border taste. Each product is quick frozen to lock in the flavor and freshness. The hand held deli sticks and wraps are offered with several different commodity meats, including an innovative beef wrap, so students never tire of the same item served continually throughout the school year.

All products are made using whole grain rich tortillas which meet SY2013-2014 requirements.
